Our track record
Internet City, Dubai
In 2024, we advised on the AED 720 million strategic disposal of an office park in Dubai. Our role included detailed due diligence, tailored marketing, and office park buyer engagement, ensuring a compelling investment case and a timely, value-maximising exit for the client.
Media City, Dubai
In 2025, we advised on the AED 220 million disposal of Radisson Blu Media City, Dubai. We leveraged detailed asset underwriting and repositioning scenarios to attract the right buyer profiles, leading to the successful sale of the property.
Jumeirah Bay Island, Dubai
Our Prime Residential team oversaw the sale of the Bvlgari Lighthouse penthouse, a landmark trophy asset, which achieved a transaction value of AED 156 million.
Downtown Dubai
Our Dubai-based Prime Residential team worked in collaboration with our UK Private Office to secure an AED 80 million record sale for a completed apartment in Kempinski The Boulevard, Downtown Dubai for a Forbes-listed client.
London
Between 2019 and 2022, we’ve helped this client make seven purchases, including properties in developments like The Whiteley and Chelsea Barracks in London, totalling GPB 139 million.
Cote d'Azur
In 2021, we oversaw the US$ 50 million sale of this French manor house in the Côte d’Azur. Both the American vendor and European buyer were Private Office clients.
