Investment requirements for Golden Visas
- Secondary (ready) properties: AED 2m minimum investment.
- Off-plan properties: AED 2m minimum investment, with eligibility dependent on approved developers and upfront payment conditions.
- Rule update: Investors no longer need to pay 50% upfront or AED 1m in equity. The total property value must be AED 2m, but payment can be through a mortgage or installment plan.
