Zeinab Adel is a Partner at Knight Frank and Head of the firm’s Egypt office. With more than 15 years of experience, she leads real estate consultancy in Egypt, advising developers, government stakeholders and major property companies on market strategy and investment planning.
Her expertise includes strategic real estate advisory, market and financial feasibility studies, and retail strategy and tenant mix optimisation. Zeinab advises across residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate, combining market research and financial analysis to support development and investment decisions.
Before joining Knight Frank in 2023, Zeinab led more than 30 assignments for local and international real estate clients. Her earlier experience includes senior treasury and investment advisory roles, as well as serving as Financial Economist within the Technical Office of the Egyptian Minister of Investment.
