Konstantinos provides food and beverage consultancy across MENA, with expertise in F&B master planning and feasibility, expansion strategies, tenant placement and restaurant concept development. He combines operational knowledge with financial modelling and market analysis to optimise the number, type and positioning of F&B outlets within masterplans and existing destinations.
His hospitality and leisure consultancy experience spans mixed-use developments, shopping centres, retail destinations, food halls and specialist F&B projects. Before joining Knight Frank in 2024, Konstantinos managed F&B operations and ancillary revenues at Atlantis - The Palm and subsequently advised on restaurant development, feasibility studies and master planning at JLL.
Notable Experience
• Developed F&B strategies for projects ranging from smaller developments in the GCC and Europe to large-scale Saudi Arabian megaprojects, determining the optimal quantity and mix of outlets.
• Advised on repositioning established malls and destinations through modern F&B concepts designed to increase footfall, engagement and repeat visits.
• Reviewed mall and retail designs, advising on unit layouts, sizing and essential MEP provisions to support operational efficiency and long-term tenant success.
• Delivered mandates for private and institutional clients, including PIF-related developments such as NEOM, Qiddiya, ARDARA, King Salman Park and ROSHN, as well as Majid Al Futtaim, Investment Corporation of Dubai and Brookfield Properties.
