With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, he oversees multidisciplinary teams delivering advice across real estate development strategy, hospitality, retail and large-scale mixed-use developments.

He is a member of the firm’s Saudi Steering Group and is recognised for his expertise in real estate advisory, development planning and investment strategy.
Over the course of his career, Harmen has advised on capital projects with a combined value exceeding US$500 billion across the Middle East, Asia, CIS and South America. His strengths include financial feasibility analysis, market assessments and highest and best use studies, helping clients unlock value and optimise long-term investment performance. He has also advised on some of the region’s most significant Saudi Arabia giga projects.
