Andrew Love

Andrew Love brings more than two decades of high-level real estate experience to his role as Partner and Head of Commercial Transactions for Knight Frank across the Middle East and Africa. He leads the firm’s Capital Markets and Occupier Services business in the region, with a primary focus on hotel transactions, strategic land sales, joint ventures, and equity raising.

Andrew serves on Knight Frank’s Global Capital Markets Board and the Regional Steering Advisory Committee, and is a global ambassador for Capital Markets. Over his career he has advised major global and regional institutions as well as government entities on foreign direct investment, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the Middle Eastern real estate market. Since 2021, he has overseen more than USD 3 billion in completed transactions and is consistently ranked as the region’s leading advisor by transaction value.

A sought-after speaker and educator, Andrew regularly advises and teaches courses for the Dubai Land Department through the IREI Brokers Program, helping to shape the next generation of real estate professionals.
