The formation of any construction project begins with an outline design together with capital cost and revenue estimates. It is only when all of these inputs align that the project can become reality. Once the project is deemed financially viable, we provide advice on the most appropriate procurement route and building contract to maintain an equitable balance between cost certainty, time and quality.
We work closely with our Project Management and Building Consultancy colleagues providing cost advice to the wider department covering everything from fit out / refurbishment projects to reinstatement cost assessments, development/project monitoring and cost appraisals.
