Thomas is well known in the global property market as invariably acting with total integrity and discretion. He has worked in London for the last 20 years having qualified as a chartered surveyor with Strutt & Parker in 2005.
Thomas is a proprietary partner of Knight Frank and co-founded their Private Office team with Rory Penn and Paddy Dring.

He is interested in music, wildlife and conservation. He is strongly committed to his family charity 'The Henry van Straubenzee Memorial Fund' which supports 53 schools in Uganda. He is head of the Royal Albert Hall philanthropy board and sits on the committee for Westminster Abbey’s present capital appeal.
