Stephen is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years of real estate experience, with the last 10 years in the Middle East, specializing in valuations, consultancy, and feasibility studies. Stephen has advised on numerous high profile developments throughout the region on key projects in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Syria, Egypt, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Pakistan, Lebanon and Kuwait.
