_Global Branded Residences: the world’s best chefs at home
Branded residences schemes are often epitomised by the logo and name that adorns their building and the promise of exclusivity it comes with, but what about the star-power within?

In developers’ quests to deliver truly unique and unmatched lifestyle offerings at their properties, architecture, design and amenities are taken to new heights. Common examples of these collaborations with award-winning designers and ‘starchitects’ that push the boundaries include the use of premium, high-quality or even rare materials, elevated by the unparalleled scope of services such as one’s own 24-hour concierge, personal public relations assistant or party planner, and one-of-a-kind experiences that only they can provide.

According to our Global Development Survey, a third of developers are reassessing the mix of residential and commercial elements in their schemes in recent times, giving greater weight to health and wellbeing, and taking into consideration the lifestyle revolution afoot. Amid uncertain times where six in ten global developers have delayed their projects, the branded residences sector continues to grow and gain global momentum thanks to their indelible lifestyle opportunity and distinguishing status as ‘best in class’.
While the pull of a well-known marque or hotel name can be strong, so too can the appeal of unfettered access to a leading global spa operator like The Aman or opportunity to dine with some of the world’s best Michelin-starred chefs – all huge drawcards in themselves in the eyes of the discerning purchaser.
One’s name is a declaration of intent and when combined with the star power of another, it is the promise of an experience like no other. As more astute purchasers gravitate towards this lifestyle concept, we round up some of the world’s finest properties that are also home to some of the most internationally celebrated chefs in branded developments that are redefining modern luxury.
